Job Description
We are looking for a Strategic Operations Manager who knows their stuff. This isn’t just about ticking boxes; we need someone who can solve real problems. Here is what you will actually be doing:
- Fix broken internal workflows to reduce turnaround time by 20%.
- Build comprehensive performance dashboards using Tableau and SQL.
- Manage communication between the executive board and department heads.
- Monitor monthly operational spending to ensure budget compliance.
- Achieve the long-term goal of scaling our regional operations into three new markets by 2027.
Requirements
You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need the following:
- Visa & Legal: Must have valid work permit / Singapore Citizen or PR preferred.
- Educational Background: Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Management.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in operations or project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tableau, Jira, and Advanced Excel.
- Soft Skills: Must be a good listener, highly honest with data reporting, and consistently punctual.
