Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who knows their stuff. This isn’t just about ticking boxes; we need someone who can solve real problems. Here is what you will actually be doing:
- Fix performance bottlenecks in our main data dashboard to ensure sub-second loading.
- Build reusable component libraries using React and Styled Components.
- Collaborate with the UX team to turn Figma wireframes into functional code.
- Manage the migration of our legacy state management to modern TanStack Query.
- Mentor junior developers through consistent code reviews and pair programming.
Requirements
You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need the following:
- Visa & Legal: Must have valid work permit for the EU (EU Blue Card holders welcome).
- Educational Background: Degree in Software Engineering or 6+ years of verified industry experience.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, specifically with React.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Jest for testing.
- Soft Skills: A good listener who values feedback, punctual with deadlines, and honest when things go wrong.
