Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Web Developer who knows their stuff. This isn’t just about ticking boxes; we need someone who can solve real problems. Here is what you will actually be doing:
- Fix bugs and performance bottlenecks in our existing React dashboards.
- Build reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS.
- Manage database schemas and updates within our PostgreSQL environment.
- Collaborate daily with our senior architects via Slack and stand-up meetings.
- Contribute to the long-term goal of migrating our legacy codebase to a micro-services architecture.
Requirements
You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need the following:
- Visa & Legal: Must have a valid EU work permit (we cannot sponsor visas at this time).
- Educational Background: Degree in CS, Software Engineering, or completion of an intensive 6-month coding bootcamp.
- Professional Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience (internships count!).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and Git.
- Soft Skills: You are a good listener, punctual with deadlines, and honest when you don’t know the answer to a problem.
