Job Description
We need a Manager who can lead a team of 5 (writers, designers, and media buyers). You won’t just be managing people; you will be managing budgets and strategy. Here is the day-to-day:
- Strategy: Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads with a monthly budget of $50k+.
- Optimization: Obsess over ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). If a campaign isn’t working, you kill it. If it works, you scale it.
- Leadership: Mentor junior media buyers. Teach them how to look at data, not just pretty creatives.
- Reporting: Send weekly reports to clients that they can actually understand. No fluff, just results.
- Retention: Build email automation flows using Klaviyo to increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
Requirements
You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need the following:
- Visa & Legal: Must be a Pakistani national.
- Educational Background: Marketing degree is preferred, but a solid portfolio of profitable campaigns matters more.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years in Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Expert in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Klaviyo.
- Soft Skills: You must be thick-skinned (agency life is tough) and a clear communicator.
