Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who knows their stuff. This isn’t just about ticking boxes; we need someone who can solve real problems. Here is what you will actually be doing:
- Build a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound research and cold outreach.
- Manage client presentations using tools like HubSpot CRM and Canva.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales messaging with current campaigns.
- Fix bottlenecks in the sales funnel by analyzing weekly conversion data.
- Achieve a long-term goal of increasing regional market share by 15% within the first year.
Requirements
You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need the following:
- Visa & Legal: Visa Sponsorship Available for high-performing international candidates.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field required.
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Technical Skills: HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Soft Skills: Must be a proactive problem-solver, an honest negotiator, and highly punctual for client meetings.
