Job Description
We are looking for an AI Prompt Engineer who knows their stuff. This isn’t just about chatting with a bot; we need someone who can solve real problems by engineering the way our systems “think.” Here is what you will actually be doing:
- Build and test advanced “Chain-of-Thought” prompt templates for our enterprise clients.
- Manage the evaluation of LLM outputs using Python and custom benchmarking tools.
- Collaborate with our Product team to identify where AI can replace manual workflows.
- Fix “hallucinations” and ensure AI responses are safe, accurate, and consistent.
- Design a long-term library of internal prompt assets that can be reused across different models.
Requirements
You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need the following:
- Visa & Legal: Must have valid work permit for the United States.
- Educational Background: A degree that emphasizes logic and language (Linguistics, CS, Philosophy, or Cognitive Science).
- Professional Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with generative AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Llama).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Python, Markdown, and API integration.
