Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) who knows their stuff. This isn’t just about ticking boxes; we need someone who can solve real problems regarding scalability and data flow. Here is what you will actually be doing:

  • Build and maintain scalable APIs using Node.js and Express to handle high-volume traffic.
  • Design responsive front-end interfaces using React.js and Tailwind CSS (Pixel perfection required).
  • Optimize database queries in MongoDB to reduce load times by at least 20%.
  • Collaborate with the UI/UX team via Figma to translate designs into functional code.
  • Conduct code reviews for junior developers and establish CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

  • Visa & Legal: Must be a Pakistani national or have a valid work permit.
