Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Solar Installation Technician who knows their stuff. This isn’t just about ticking boxes; we need someone who can solve real problems. Here is what you will actually be doing:
- Install and secure roof mounting systems on corrugated metal and concrete surfaces.
- Wire and connect Huawei and SMA inverters, ensuring all DC/AC connections are waterproof.
- Lead a small team of 2 junior assistants during on-site panel deployment.
- Conduct daily voltage testing and safety checks before powering up the grid.
- Maintain installation logs and report any inventory shortages to the project manager.
Requirements
You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need the following:
- Visa & Legal: Visa Sponsorship Available (Candidates currently in UAE preferred).
- Educational Background: 2-year Technical Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience with PV systems (Commercial scale).
- Technical Skills: Proficient with multimeters, conduit bending, and torque wrenches.
- Soft Skills: Punctual, safety-conscious, and able to handle the Dubai heat without complaining.
